What Should I Buy? “Health insurance” or a “Health Plan”

There is much confusion among the common people on how to choose the Health options that are available in the market, they are in different names like ““Health Plan HMO, PPO, PHC, Medical Discount, discount cards etc. Unfortunately, some of my colleagues have contributed in creating a comprehensive description, and also some firms have come out with them, but they are mainly for advertising benefits. In most cases the clauses and rules mentioned in them makes the client-patient to be confused and they do not express an absolute truth about what they will give us or at what will be the long term results
